Police retaliation:
assualt &
false arrests
Further to our previous reporting on systemic bias and discrimination within UK police forces, we have received multiple confidential tip-offs from individuals purporting to be serving police officers. These sources allege that a coordinated campaign of retaliation is being orchestrated against a female complainant who previously reported multiple pastors and churches for safeguarding violations and spiritual coercion, and who subsequently exposed alleged police complicity in supporting these entities' unlawful conduct.
Named Officers and Alleged Conduct
The tip-offs specifically identify two officers: PC Daniel Hughes and PC Michelle Ugueze. According to the allegations, these officers are implicated in a plan to falsely accuse the complainant of criminal offences she did not commit, including the fabrication and orchestration of evidence designed to place her erroneously at multiple crime scenes.cps.
Surveillance and Data Fabrication Claims
A separate tip-off alleges that UK police have been conducting unlawful surveillance operations against the individual in order to construct a falsified record of criminal activity. The purported methods include:
-
Hijacking and recording via the complainant's home security camera system
-
Drone-based surveillance
-
Monitoring of personal devices and communications, including laptop, mobile phone, and email accountscps.
These allegations, if substantiated, would constitute serious breaches of the Computer Misuse Act 1990, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, as well as violations of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (right to respect for private and family life).
